We didn’t set out to build a “concept.” We built a place we actually wanted to go.
The Archives is an arcade bar in downtown Burlington where vintage games, strong drinks, and questionable decisions all live under the same roof. It’s part nostalgia trip, part neighborhood bar, part competitive spiral over a pinball machine you suddenly care way too much about.
Somewhere along the way, it became a place people plan their nights around.

We take the drinks seriously—just not ourselves.
Our bar program is built around cocktails that are thoughtful without being pretentious, a rotating draft list that doesn’t get boring, and enough variety to keep things interesting whether you’re here for one or accidentally staying for four.

🕹️ WHY THE GAMES
Because standing around holding a drink gets old. The games give people something to do—something to compete over, laugh about, and occasionally get way too invested in. They break the ice, start conversations, and turn a normal night out into something that actually feels like an experience.
